We grew a bunch of new varieties this summer including japanese eggplant, indigo tomatoes, and kohlrabi. Our peppers and tomatoes were abundant as usual. I smoked red jalepenos and habaneros this year and made a chili sauce. The flavor was amazing but too hot, so I am going to cut it with ingredients to tame it down and rebottle it this winter.
