This weekend we had perfect weather for some snowshoeing. We had a trail already started and ventured out to blaze another section through the woods. I was able to swap out the game camera chips and will post some photos later.
Snowshoeing is a great way to work up an appetite or burn off those extra winter calories! It also is a great way to enjoy the outdoors during the seemingly long winter up here. And talk about quiet. The snow really does soak up the sounds. We were blessed with some chirping of birds as we passed through.
